For the Gwangju Design Biennale in Korea in 2009 Ingo Maurer was asked to design an eye catching sculpture.
We started with a 3d-scan of a twisted napkin, then handling a cloud of innumerable points in the 3d space.
The sculpture was finally built by skilled craftsmen in Korea from our 3d model. Working with our partners in Asia was an
adventure and even if there where some obstacles to overcome the collaboration lead to a stunning result.
